Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, and appliances are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We pass through manufacturer warranty coverage where it applies.

Payment terms are defined in your signed project agreement. Any deposits, milestone payments, and final balances follow the schedule stated in that agreement and comply with California contractor payment rules.
